Photo Feature: Mardi Gras Celebration at Roaring Fork

Last Tuesday, March 5th, 2018, Dining and Hospitality Services at UCCS hosted a Mardi Gras celebration in the Roaring Fork dining hall. Here’s some of our favorite photos of the festivities, food, and fun.

Coffee and beignets from Café du Monde in New Orleans, LA.

Crawfish boil.

Red beans and rice.

Charbroiled oysters.

King cake (complete with plastic baby inside).

Pasta bowls.

Widefield High School’s Jazz Band performed at the celebration.
